This book was complicated and weird. I'm glad it talks about perimenopause and the way women seem to become invisible as they age. I did not love the main character or her actions. I was surprised by the level of spice and I'm glad that I wasn't listening to the audiobook in my car. 🌶️🥴

This book started out extremely slow, the story picked up about 150 pages in. I forced myself to finish since my coworker said it was really good. Well, I'm not reading anymore of her recommendations. There were too many characters and I kept having to Google who was who.
