I bet I would like this in another mood but I just couldn’t get into it and have an already low tolerance for “people keeping secrets and not communicating” plot lines. Dude just tell your mom the truth. 

I really really wanted to read this and to like it. I bet there’s a great book in here, but I’m starting to wonder if celebrities don’t bother hiring or listening to editors. I could not continue this because of all the second hand embarrassment I felt from the bad metaphors.  Incredibly cringe. Felt like a parody of a memoir. I also should have looked at the content warnings first.
