this was so sweet and so much fun !!

this was so fucking repetitive :/ and the pop culture references were CRINGY AS HELL UGH

holy shit this was mind blowing !! i was worried the dual timelines would confuse me, but the intertwined plot was so fascinating and relatively easy to follow.

(3.5) there wasn’t a whole lot that happened in this book, but i think it’s a good set up for the rest of the trilogy. i’m excited to see what happens next !!

wow this is insane. i haven’t read a book this quickly in a LONG time. i really enjoyed the writing style, it made things more thrilling than they already were.

this was boring and repetitive. literally the same four scenes over and over again until the last 50 pages.

(3.5) the heart of betrayal was much better than the first two books, but the ending was a bit of a let down and left me wanting more.

dance of thieves was a massive improvement compared to the remnant chronicles, but the plot was SO SLOW. most of the action happened right around the last 100 pages.

anyways…i adored the romance between jase and kazi !! the boy obsessed trope stays winning <3
