I know the rating doesn't exist, but that is how much I love this book !! It teaches you hope, about life and so much more. We have heard life is never easy , but you realize how lucky you are when you read this book. I can't wait for the movie adaptation to come out so that I can bawl my eyes out Again..

First of all, I am absolutely in love with the character artwork. It's rich, colourful and has a really homey feel to it. Am I making sense? Probably not.. But it makes you think about family, love and the warmth of it. The second thing, I am absolutely and completely in love with the characters. Tom & Nova are relationship goals and the dynamic they have between them is just so heartwarming!! The way they compliment each other, support and love is just arrghhhh!! I was speaking the whole time I was reading about them 😂 And not to forget about the nanas! Best grandmothers ever. Especially when they are in their teasing mode.

The storyline is very simple, and it deals with a lot of issues many people go through. Self doubt, trust issues, family drama, first love and it was done in a very beautiful way. The artwork really gives you a new perspective to viewing these issues and how the support and love of your family can be vital to stay lively. I loved the fact that they included an epilogue. I admit that it's slightly cheesy at times, but what is there not to love?

I spent hours trying to think what could have been better with this book wrt my reading experience, and I came up with none. My only issue was the last chapter was not in colour ( Is that even an issue? What is wrong with you Madhu.. It's an arc obviously it will be rectified ) So basically I am coming up blank in that area.

Overall, this book was an absolute treat to read, and if you are a fan of reading in general, pick this book up. Trust me you guys, this will NOT disappoint you at all and will leave you feeling all warm and gooeyyy.

This story had a really nice concept and amazing main character chemistry! The writing was quite good and the story flow was smooth. I was rooting for the characters that were introduced and I am quite a fan of Kai !! Can't wait for the next book though..

Ohhhh... I loved how this story started and especially how the characters were introduced to us. The characters had depth and the friendship circle was quite amazing !! I especially loved how the guy main character has a slight arc. Not to forget the ending this book pulled! WTH? I need the next book like right now!

Okay I have been getting into reverse harem stories recently and I gave this series a shot. The characters introduced were quite cliched but I really liked how they behave when they are together! I am not sure how I feel about the actual story, and that ending was quite cheesyyyyy.. I still liked it okayy.. We'll see how it goes down in the next books.

Ohhh!!! Sherlock Holmes is one of my all time favorites of all time and I don't know how I didn't read this series till now! Well the concept of the descendants getting together as the iconic pair is quite amazing! Charlotte gives a new light to how Holmes minds work and Jamie is just a sweetheart as expected. I was invested in the story, the characters and the plot flow, but I still felt it missed something. Might be because it was too similar to the Sherlock holmes? Or was it because the characters had character arc in the first book itself? But I still loved it ! Can't wait for the next books!

This book was not bad, but I didn't enjoy the time I spent reading it. The writing was quite good, and the storyline was good as well, but the drama introduced was just too irritating. And half the time I was just shouting at the characters because they took stupid decisions and just don't talk. Well.. It was still a good book and the main character Lucas was a gemstone.
