Someone suggested I should try this author and I'm not sure about it. Seems to really try to find the morally gray area, but while he did stuff he needed to... It's a bit of a violent way. While also saying "oh no he isn't like this at all"
The parts, or merely lines, written about his taste for freedom also feel shallow.
Story wise it's fine, nothing too unpredictable, bit Jerry Springer. Nice for an easy read but that's about it.

Good coming of witch story. It takes its time, doesnt always go for the desired path, and I love a headstrong woman
I am caught off guard as it seems I have started a series that is making a really big leap into something.... at the end of book 2
and there is no book 3 yet
and this came out this year so there won't be a book 3 soon.
I like how the stories doesn't bother with the years that are boring, we follow the red thread that is the connection of Morgan to Camelot and what that pertains to. The realism is set in the amount of options and decisions that have to be made, and the despair in knowing that no choice will lead to a perfect result. Always giving in is tiresome and you can feel it. So there is magic, awful men, and always hope. Good story, need the next part.

Good Stephen King book. Usually I am not a fan if the main character is so young but King makes it work. It stays real, it seems hopeless, it brings hope and almost takes it away. Good story, good ending, just a slight bit of doubt to keep you in that what if vibe. Loved it
I saw great promise in this book with all the reviews, but it wasn't for me. I couldn't connect with any of the main characters and had a few times where I really zoned out and had to go back because I had no memory of what I just read. I'm sure this is a great book for others, but wasn't for me.
I mean, it took me 3 weeks to complete it, that is not my regular tempo.
