Has some sound advise, but it really believes that if everybody does the fundaments a lot of health problems can be fixed. I like the start small idea, but doesn't fix my issues.
I was putting this one off for such a long time, but i liked it. Not as much as most classics, but the story is a good read
Good twists, nice story, it would have been bittersweet to stop it earlier, but the ending was a good twist so i'll allow it. Not so much the epilogue, that just was a bit too much.
I love the mind of this quiet woman who just is so good in navigating weirdly dangerous situations. Do have to say, the twist at 2/3 of the book really had me screaming at the book and telling my boyfriend in full on rant about it.
Very English but nice insight in how clickbaity the world has become
A big group of people who all have a story to tell. I couldn't get in the cadence tho. And it was fairly morbid right until the end
Not gonna lie, this came in my recommendations and the title made me laugh so I had to get it. It did not disappoint, the book puts you on the wrong foot right from the start. It is a funny tale and invisioning it is a delight
When I got this book, I did not expect these deep connections and feelings. The desperation and hope and intelligence is wonderful. That is is based on a true story, for as far as possible, just adds to the delight.
It took me a little while to get back into the story. Like when you make a hot bad, you know you are going to enjoy it but you need to acclimate toe by toe. After a few chapters I was right back in Girdlegard.
The way that multiple stories are made and woven together, the details, the joys, the sorrows. It is just great storytelling.
