Absolutely mind-blowing. One of the best books I've read this year. Maybe one of the best I've read ever. Captivating, fast-paced and an intriguing premise – everything I love in a book and more. Can't believe this sat in my TBR for more than 2 years because I was intimidated by the sci-fi aspect of it.

I will never forgive Blackman for this ending. It was literally *chef's kiss* perfect until Sephy got pregnant (can we have just one book where a woman doesn't become baby crazy?) and until she killed off Callum. Absolutelt HATE that she did that to us. My heart is broken and I'll be crying myself to sleep now.
