I loved it don’t get me wrong but I wanted to strangle Cal the first 1/4 of the book. ALSO literally the 3rd act break up was so unnecessary like just TALK TO EACH OTHER. It just made me mad when she wouldn’t just take 5 seconds to listen to this poor man spill his heart out. Also I’m like not a huge fan of the love bombing of these rich man and like buying them a bakery or a 3 mil house. Idk it feels like a trap

If I could give this 0 stars o would cause wtf was this. There was no plot. And I get it was a novella but like there could’ve been so much more plot with a little longer of aa book while still allowing it to be called a novella. Also wth is up with the “your so big and I’m so small” trope like this is gross and it’s not cute your not quirky your not special. And the fact that she has little experience because of her ex also gives off this innocence and predator combo that isn’t cute and again the premise is okay I wish it was more developed.

Spicy wise 4.5/5 - I hate baby girl with a passion like so so so much. Other than that it was greatly written spicy

Actual book wise and writing wise it was interesting. Just certain things they said had me fucked up like the the dragon purring. Idk i like the premise of it as the prequel to pucking around and I knew it was just a smut filled book because it is the prequel, a one night stand. I think the writing could’ve been better. Maybe listening to the audio book spoiled it idk.

It had so much potential and then it just ended. Like honey give us a little more add a chapter or 2 at the end. I would’ve like this to be an actual full length book. This is probably the better of the 3 novellas she’s written.
