funny informative inspiring medium-paced

Really interesting book which collates lots if history and recipes about rhubarb. I starting reading it last spring and got obsessed with the lamb and rhubarb recipes in it. There' s also quite a few Shetlandic recipes there! Since the recipes are offten historical, sometimes the recipes aren't super clear, so i'd recommend cooking from it if you're not a beginner at cooking.
challenging informative reflective slow-paced

The first 100 pages are reflective and interesting writing about masculinity but the last 60 turn into a bit of a metaphysical porno and it was not for me.

Really fun novel set in the age of Enlightenment. The fun part however, comes after a quite harrowing beginning.
