I’d say more of a low 3.5. I think the concept of this one was more interesting but I’m honestly getting annoyed with all the secrecy and lack of focus the kids have on finding out more about VFD if I’m being honest.
I just didn't find this story to be that interesting. The characters didn't pull me in and while I thought it was an interesting concept, it just didn't execute well in my opinion.
I didn't realize this was a sexy book until I was reading it (with a friend who neglected to tell me), and while I wasn't opposed to the sexy bits I felt like it wasn't a believable build up. I had no interest in the romance actually, and was really uncomfortable with the set-up with the sex slaves and everything. Just not really a niche I enjoy.
I just don't understand how this book is that popular? I really felt nothing about anyone in this book except complete annoyance. Not for me.
I thought there would be more stories, but the end of this version had an essay that didn't really fit with the rest of the novel. I think this would have been a better read for me if it had been a class read with discussion.
A collection of poetry based on Ex-Machina that's equal parts haunting and spooky and cyberpunk. Exactly what I didn't know I needed.
sometimes we read a book, and it isn't even that long, but it takes us months to finish it because it's reality is so painfully like your own that you can't stand it for more than a few pages at a time.
This just didn't do it for me.
I think it's an interesting storyline to have Inuyasha have a flaw like this. I think it will be possibly interesting but also possibly annoying. I guess we'll see!
