My Review:
The Reluctant Bride is the first book in the "Wedding Bliss" series but its also known as the "Arranged Marriage" trilogy. This is part of the 'Midnight Dynasty' world. This is where we have the story of the younger brother of the hero in the "Cinderella" trilogy by K. Webster. So if you loved that trilogy, then I would recommend reading this pretty soon after. As I read through this series I will be putting together a good reading order of these books as I discover them.
The Reluctant Bride is an arranged marriage setup. I loved arranged marriage so of course I would go to this one next. I really enjoyed it and was very different from the K. Webster series. This one had a more contemporary feel to the story, less dark aspects to it. The hero is a bit of a playboy, he is more energetic and is a bit more fun at times. He is less serious minded than his brother is. But he is being forced into a marriage he doesn't want and doesn't understand why his family is forcing him into this arrangement. Then we have our heroine, who is the only daughter of four brothers. Her father is abusive at times, but she is a bit naive at times. I didn't mind it because you see her working through things on her own. I liked some moments between these two. However, there was a lot of drama that happens too so expect that going into this trilogy. Its not my favorite arranged marriage but not the worst I have read either. If you love this world or collection of books, I do recommend reading it.

Easy With You was a superb read. And just quick, fun and a sexy romance. If you are looking for something that will curl your toes but leave you with all the swoons...I recommend this one. And if you love both these series, this is a great connecting book. I had a fun time getting back to the Boudreaux books. It was so wonderful in many ways. This also was suspenseful so if you love a good romantic suspense then I definitely recommend this one to you. Its a story of two people that have a one night stand and then meet again a year later and reconnect. There is danger as the heroine is being stalked by a serial killer and the plot in this book was super brilliant. The connection that the heroine has with the hero's little daughter was beyond precious. They have a instant spark which is neat because Lila has a fear of being a horrible mom because she didn't have good parents, but you see her heart of gold just shine through this story and realizing that family is worth fighting for to have! Kristen Proby definitely delivered on this series in every way!

This is the finale in the Beast of Bishops Landing trilogy and all I can say truly is what a wild ride this one turned out to be. I am not sure why I took so long to get back to this world but I am so glad that I returned to it because what a BLAST!!! I absolutely loved this one though and is my favorite of the series. And yes there was a bit of inner drama that kept it from being a five star cause they have enough problems with their families lol But I will say that I couldn't put this down and what a beginning. Our heroine Haley, has been taken captive by her aunt and she is almost assaulted but Leo isn't one to let his girl be taken from him and they are quickly reunited but her family is in danger and Leo will need to show his trust in Haley. And both families will have to come to terms with Leo and Haley being together because they will fight to be together, no matter the cost.
I honestly loved so much about this book. The romance was purely delectable, then we have Leo figuring out how to resolve his issues with his scarring and constant pain, we see interactions with the family members that I just adored. And I already know the books that I want to read next although I had to do some research to find them lol (but if you are wanting the map to this world let me know and I can guide you there) I loved this family feud and the way we see issues being resolved in this one. Although quite frankly I really hate Haley's aunt and she deserved worst justice lol Hopefully more in the series we will see that justice.
Overall this one was a true keeper and I can't wait to delve more into this world.

My Review:
Hidden Beauty is the second book in the "Beast of Bishop's Landing" series and in this one we have a continuation from where the first book left off. (fair warning spoilers ahead) our hero has been injured and is in the hospital, our heroine Haley, is on the edge wanting to know if the man she has fallen hard for is alive or will even survive the attack on him. She is having to hide from her own family because choosing to be with Leo is forbidden and will most likely cost her own life in the end. Now she is having to face a difficult choice....the beast she has fallen for or the family she yearns to protect. But secrets come out between Leo and Haley, and Leo's past comes more to the surface and Haley is determined to stand by the man that she truly loves even at times when he tries to push her away from the darkness and pain that consumes him.
Hidden Beauty was definitely better than the first book, or maybe I was just getting used to this author's writing style because I couldn't put this one down. I am honestly amazed how fast I have been able to read these books. I had a blast with this one though. We have gotten past the point where they have declared their feelings and this is where we really see their relationship grow in such a delightful way. Of course there is some drama cause there is always drama in these type of retellings but its the curl your toes type of drama. But whew how it ends???? Crazy. Although I kinda predicted it would happen for one of them so I wasn't completely shocked especially if you know Beauty and Beast retellings, you just know certain scenarios that could happen with another cliffhanger coming up. But good thing....these books are all published so you can easily jump into the next one haha
Definitely had me on the edge of my seat, delighted me with the connections to the Beauty and the Beast retelling and left me yearning for more!!!

Secret Beast is the first book in the "Beast of Bishop's Landing" but is also part of the world of the "Constantine and Morelli's". For some reason I had totally spaced that there was such a big world here and I just haven't found many dark romances to intrigue me but now I am intrigued.
I was drawn to this one because its a Beauty and Beast retelling. The first book was hard to get into. I also hadn't read this author before, so I did have to adjust to her writing style and unfortunately I almost wanted to DNF this book, but I am glad that I stuck with it (because hint I couldn't put down books 2 or 3 haha) but also there are so many retelling connections in this book. I loved how close of a retelling it is....just dark romance style. Now this is fairly dark in some respects but especially in how the hero treats the heroine in the bedroom so be mindful its very humiliation/degradation type of kink. I wasn't a fan in how this author wrote it, I have only read this kink by K. Webster (who was brilliant at it) but it just didn't do much for me so I just skimmed those scenes as its not normally my cup of tea. But I did love see these two fall for each other. This also has aspects of forbidden love as their families are at war basically. Our heroine, the rose, of the story is looking to save her father from a foolish mistake. So she offers herself in trade for her father. She is to be with Leo for a month at his beck and call. Leo is damaged, scarred and constantly in pain. He is a protector of his family and is a beast to all but those closest to him. Seeing him change from being a beast to Haley to slowly changing into being protective and their chemistry was spot on. I loved the evolution of the fairytale that is expressed within this first book. And I just had to jump into book 2.

My Review:
This might be my least favorite of the series. I honestly wasn't sure how I thought about these two together, especially with the interactions that we have seen of them throughout the series. I enjoyed the story as a whole and it definitely had more plot building than I expected for a novella. But really her novella's are actually very good and actually have....I don't know...a story in it and its not just erotica which I love with this author, she writes good depth no matter the length of the book.
This story was hard to enjoy, mostly because of the angst that is between these two. I honestly still don't know how I feel about this pairing to be completely honest. I feel like it was a bit too rushed in the end and would have loved to see more exploration of the type of couple that they would be in the end. They have very different expectations for the future and I would have enjoyed just a bit more focus on that as it didn't feel as resolved as I would have preferred. But it was still well done. The actual plot was fabulous. Definitely kept me on edge and even though I suspected the villain....I actually didn't see it until close to the reveal so bravo to this author to really digging into the mystery of it.
Overall I had a good time with this one and now onto Simon and Chelsea's book and man I am crossing my fingers so hard that one will be good cause I am nervous as a hatter for Chelsea's story.

I really enjoyed Dungeon Royale, it was such a fun story and honestly I really wanted Damon's story so much. He is this sexy brit Dom who is injured and the lady he ends up with is a softer FMC and you all know that is my cup of tea. I loved their dynamic so much. The heroine is struggling with some self worth issues and I really related so well with her. She is shy, reserved and emotionally damaged. We see her come out of her shell but in many respects I loved how she fights for her man, how she treats him so fairly, always aware of his mental health and needs like WOW .....how many heroines do we actually read that are like this? The only complaint I have about this series is all the heroines are curvy....can we get some variety cause women don't come in just one shape. LOL
The story itself was very interesting. We basically have a forced proximity, working undercover as a dom and sub to get some important documentation to help save millions from a virus outbreak. I loved their interactions, the way that they connect to each other and the moments in which you see their vulnerabilities just shine through so well. The more I read into this series, the more I am loving about it. And even though I am NOT looking forward to Chelsea's book (cause she is kinda a spoiled brat and I really don't like those) I also am intrigued cause I really have loved the hero in the past couple of books and he knows how to handle Chelsea. I am hoping we see great redemption from Chelsea's character though.
Overall this book was a true keeper!

This was a very very short book lol it was really no more than just a few pages. But it was fun getting back to Will and Meg again. This is where we see them having their first baby and just fun and poignant with great family moments. The author no longer has this on her site....so just google the title and author and there are other sites that do have it (You can DM me if you want to know where I found it). Or you could probably message the author if you would like the story.
My Review:
So Possess Me was quite a fascinating story and I had seen some of the reviews and they weren't very complimentary but then if you are just only a contemporary author, then I can see how it might throw you off a bit. But I would definitely call this one more paranormal than contemporary....or a contemporary with gothic like vibes. Which I have seen but its normally not in a mainstream contemporary series so I get why its a bit off putting for some readers.
Possess Me I found to be so wonderful to read and wow it was super intense. Buckle up your seatbelts boys and girls because this will be a wild ride. I honestly didn't see the turn that this book turned however, I loved seeing our couple really come together and overcome it. It had me at the edge of my seat and I really found it so lovely in many ways. The connection that Damien and Nikki have, their courage to stand by each other in it, just melted my heart. While its not a favorite of the series...it surely was a THRILLING one!

Unconditional was such an addictive ride of a read. I honestly couldn't put this one down. I absolutely loved this book so dearly. This was the sister of the heroine in "Sanctum" and she was such a sweet soft heroine who is in such pain and struggling with self confidence. She is a single mom, having been abandoned by the father of her child, and his parents wanting her to have an abortion so it wouldn't create any scandal. She refused to give into them and barely is making it by. She is working as a waitress of the club Sanctum, when the head of the club convinces her to be a sub for a Dom they want in the club. What she doesn't realize is that being a sub is her destiny, and falling in love with her dom would be forbidden as he is suffering from his own past sins and torment. I loved both characters so much. But especially the heroine. I loved that she wasn't afraid to take the leap of faith into falling into love but also not afraid to fight for them even when he spurns her I just admired her devotion and courage. Something I do like about Lexi Blake is sometimes she writes the most endearing softer heroines that I just gravitate towards.
Overall I had a blast with Unconditional and even though I have technically read Ian Taggert's book I am tempted to do a reread of it.
