Appreciate that this was a quick, easy read - definitely a novella more than a book. But this still got the points across of losing weight is a journey and learning to accept yourself for who you are and loving what you see in the mirror is a part of it.

Didn't offer much for new information however, and was a bit too short for my liking. But it was good!

Definitely wasn't something that I fell in love with. I was really disappointed with how disconnected I felt to the characters and the plot itself was pretty boring.
