I loved the introduction into other ghosts. An increase in characters involved and hidden agendas. Amos is still on of my favorite characters and the MC is growing on me. I love her personality more and more. The king cake scene was lovely for me. I wish I can remember Amos (I hope I am spelling that character’s name right) signal to be called upon. I replayed some parts and somehow missed it. 

A great thriller! I enjoyed reading this. Even with its hard parts. Content warming for abortion, sexual assault, and white supremacy. 

I think the MC is becoming one of my favorite characters and one of the most relatable characters I have ever read. 

The boyfriend and Nancy commitment to expose the podcaster was everything. 

This is such an interested take. I’m wanting to know what is the future of Ash and the mother.

I love reading Passing stories! No matter how frustrating they are! Emma Lou exploration of her skin color was a roller coaster ride. But Gwendolyn and Alva treatment against her was not right. Although I thought it was Karma with how she treated Haven and other dark skinned folks . 

It gave everything! There wasn’t too many things I didn’t like about this book. It gave! Loved the twists at end. All I’m going to say is “watch your marriage.” We don’t know could be lurking! 

The usage of the Maidens… Loved! The author’s ability to get you to think that the “killer” is someone else and takes you through the process of solving the case and ruling out suspects is what I liked the most. 

As DJ Khaled says “another one.” Nora never disappoints! 

Shelia!!! My girl Shelia! We got to talk! Why the graduate student?!?! I mean I know why but I hated that choice for you. I hated the many consequences of that choice for you. But I love how you fought for yourself, and what matter to you most in the end. 

This love story was cosmic! Pure cosmic and amazing. All I want to say is… if my boo can’t find me, time after time! I don’t want him.
