I liked the book a lot and I like VE Schwab’s writing style and the characters she makes. I just didn’t really connect with them. I like the plot and how fast paced it was. Definitely different than the romances i’ve been reading lolll. But, I don’t know. It still was a great book though and definitely a book I would recommend other people.

This was a light hearted read something of a palette cleanser for me! I liked the characters and the development and everything. I felt like it dragged on a lot at times and just a lot of back and forth. But otherwise it was a great book. I think second chance tropes are one of my favorites now !

Okay this was my first romance book in a while. And ya know I liked it. I’m used to like action pack books but it was nice to just have something a little drama filled but not a lot. I give it 3 stars cause it was a little too slow for me. The relationship was okay at best but it’s not a book i’ll remember forever.

The book was great, the characters were lovely. The plot was easy to follow the slight politics in the book were easy to go along with. And even the romance was nice to see blossom. It definitely was good and I will be picking up the other books in the series when I order them sometime later. I just don’t like Zeryth he’s a snake and that all I gotta say on that

This book was a nice palette cleanser after the fantasy I read. I like how Casey wrote the character and the romance wasn’t in your face all the time. It was a nice and easy read something light hearted. I liked the way she talked about the struggles of coming out and how they both had those problems.

I liked the book a lot. At first when I saw how long it was I was hesitant. I didn’t expect it to be good. But the character development and the plot was great. I loved everything about it. I can’t wait to read the next one soon!

Grady Hendrix is an author I’ve wanted to start reading for a while now. And hearing about this book and puppets I was all in. If you put Annabelle, a weird family(seriously they were weird), and suppressed childhood drama into a book. This is what it was. The book was creepy, Hendrix goes into so much detail that it feels like you’re watching a movie. I loved the plot and how he wrote the grief aspect of it and how it was centered around it but not too overbearing. The dark humor in the book was good too there wasn’t a lot but it was there. I gave it half a star off cause the siblings were irritating at times but did grow on me as I got further into the book.

i really like the book and the drama was really well written out. lily did slightly annoy me in the book towards the end but overall it was a good book and can’t wait to read the next book in the series !

The book was good, it just had a lot of information and really didn’t pick up til end of the story honestly. It really reminds me of like a darker more modern harry potter in a sense. Like kind of mixed with hunger games vibes if they went to school lol. I’ll keep going with the series cause it ended on somewhat a cliff hanger.
