I wish the book was longer! I know it is supposed to be somewhat mysterious, but I would have appreciated a few more concrete answers. 

Informative and one of the better straight nonfiction books i’ve read (like, one that’s not a memoir or biography)

This is a super digestible, interesting, and informative book! I learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed it! It is a good book that you can just pick up every once in a while and not lose the vibe

I think the book could have become an entirely new level of impactful if the cast of characters was more diverse. I hated the narration in the first part, and I thought most of the second part was boring, but I enjoyed the third and fourth parts. I thought the imagery of the soldiers in the hospital was really gripping. I thought the part with Luc was really sweet. I also really loved the character of Robbie. Even though it made me angry and sad, I thought the ending was really well done, and it is definitely a book that has stuck with me. 

This is not the most well written book in the entire world, but I still loved it! The pacing was absolutely perfect for me. I do not like romances that are too slow; i like to get to see the characters be together. I really loved Keaton and Luke and I thought they were great together. It was a great book. 

i just love this book! it is whimsical and makes me so so so happy! it is definitely one of my comfort reads, and it deserves all the hype it has gotten over the last 200 years. i love it so much!!! i just want to reread it every day for the rest of my life.

I really did love this book. it was so emotional. and i do feel conflicted because of how morally ambiguous the characters were. but it was so good. highly recommend. DEFINITELY look at the content warnings before you read though 

one tiny thing that drove me insane was that they spend the whole book talking about how big her boobs are and they arent even big on the us or uk cover!!! ik its weird but it just bugged me

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Victoria Schwab’s writing is so beautiful!! I liked the characters, I loved the detail that Addie was from France, and I thought the ending was very interesting (and it made me cry lol)! I only wish we got to see the characters’ thoughts a little bit more
