This book made me feel more than most books do. It made me laugh out loud and tear up. I loved it. The only things I didn’t love were the first few chapters and the last few chapters. The first few chapters just didn’t feel like they were written as well of the rest of the book, and I just didn’t like the plot of the last few chapters. Also, the premise isn’t exactly original. But I did love it a lot

i’ve read this book so many times and i have reviewed other editions. what i’ll say about this one right now is this: it’s the night before i start college, im scared, im alone, im 1500 miles from home, and this is the book i turn to. its also one of the only 8 books i brought with me to college. thank you stephanie perkins.

this book was sooooo good. i almost put it straight into my all time favs. i just loved it. a great book should make you feel the way this book made me feel. i actually wish more books were like this, more about two people in a relationship facing challenges together instead of them spending the whole book trying to get together. this was just perfect. i have heard that this book didn’t take politics seriously enough but i feel like it did a decent job. casey mcquinston is clearly so smart and witty. they know so much about politics, history, and how to craft a story. this slapped so hard. at first, it was hard to keep up with all the characters but i got it eventually. i could go on about this book forever. my favorite part was easily the EMAILS. the quotes at the end of the emails killed me. im obsessed with this book and i will never recover

there were definitely good parts of this book, but mostly, it just pissed me off so much. the only part i really truly enjoyed was the funeral. the rest of it felt like a chore. i just hate so many things about the characters, the plot, the pacing, and the writing. but mostly, i hated the ending. if i hadn’t read this on my phone, i would have thrown it across the room.

this book was fine. it was cute. but there were a few issues i had with it. first of all, a lot of the characters didn’t feel like real people. no one talks like oliver. no one acts like alex or rhys or bridget. second, they kept alluding to oliver’s past without ever actually explaining anything, which was annoying. third, i wasn’t a fan of how the intimacy scenes were written. finally, it was too long. the plot just kept dragging on and on. this book should have been about 300 pages shorter. also, his dad’s storyline turned out so weird. but it was cute enough. and im a sucker for romance. so yeah, i’ll read the second one.

i really enjoyed this book! more than i thought i would! i wasn’t obsessed with the characters and there were a few things i didn’t love, like the epilogue and a few aspects of the writing, but overall i really liked it and would definitely recommend :)

this was easily my fav book of the trilogy. honestly, i wanted it to be even longer. i loved seeing all of the relationships thrive. my only complaints were that i think agatha’s character is boring, i wanted a longer epilogue, and i think simon should have had to apologize to baz more profusely. but i looooved it. simon’s character is soooo well-written. rainbow rowell does a great job depicting a depressed and traumatized person trying to navigate a relationship (also i did lowkey want baz to try simons blood. is that weird???)

this book pissed me off so much. i wanted to rip my hair out by the end. i like rainbow rowell, but this was taking the miscommunication trope too far. there was so much tension that could have EASILY been resolved. i was so angry i literally had to take a break from the book and take a walk. at one point i was literally crying out of frustration. im so mad. but i think the premise of the plot is good, and i am super attached to the characters. im still pissed as hell though. any way the wind blows better be FULL of communication

at first this book just seemed like weird harry potter fanfiction, cringey spells, and not enough romance. but i got sooooo into it. like i DEVOURED the last 200 pages. the ending made me way more emotional than i thought it would. im so glad i already checked out the rest of the series.
