UGH SO GOOD. I loved every second of this lil second chance romance, it hooked me immediately and I didn’t want to put it down. I thought the dual POV was done in a really interesting way with the differences in timeline helping you unravel their story and understand both Ama and Elliot so well.

A cutie lil paranormal romance! Predictable, but I fell in love with the characters right away and couldn’t put it down!

3.5 stars, audiobook read! I think I may have enjoyed this book slightly more as a physical read vs audio, as the male narrator wasn’t my fave! But still overall really enjoyable :)

In classic SL Prater fashion, this book is cozy and fun and spicy! I loved the different take on a shadow daddy (as well as the sweet lil shadow babies!) and thought Solas was such a great addition to the story.

Okay this is a tough one to review because honestly I should have DNF’d and waited until I was in the mood for a high fantasy, but i powered through knowing I’m eventually going to reread!

Absolutely beautiful writing, an intriguing and badass FMC, and a slow burn love story that feels like it could tear the world apart. Would absolutely recommend this read but it’s a bit slower paced with lots of world building, so be prepared for this! More thoughts to come once I reread and actually understand what’s happening

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of this book!

I loved every minute of this! The story and characters were immediately engaging, and getting to know Laszlo, Maggie, and Lump was just the most fun. It was a perfect balance of lighthearted and heartbreaking, and the twists and turns were so interesting and well done!

Highly recommend for fans of The Good Place and sassy, selfish demons!

Ooh I really enjoyed this one! I felt it was well-paced and I liked the characters a lot. Even though it was YA, it read a bit more mature, I think due to the fact that Elisabeth and Nathaniel are both a both reclusive in nature. Overall it was a fun and unique read!

Another classic SL Prater novel

Ohh I just love the Bright Falls series! It was so wonderful to come back to this crew, and I enjoyed the addition of a new friendship dynamic. I didn’t love this book as much as the first two, not sure why exactly but I think I just didn’t connect as well with Iris and Stevie. I did really enjoy the anxiety rep in this one though, and it felt like we really leaned into queer life with this one which was so fun! A perfect first book for pride month
