IDK why this book has such a chokehold on me.
I am holding my judgments until I finish but I have a feeling this could have been condensed into fewer books had we cut some of the frivolous mundane things that don't need to be in the book.
It's also hard to keep all the side characters straight when there is almost nothing distinctive about them.
The writing is juvenile which was a bit unexpected given the college-aged characters.

I don't think I was the target audience for this book.
Well written. not sure I was in the headspace to read it at the time but I'd already delayed my loan through libby several times. May try to reread later.

Whoever called this enemies to lovers is a liar. This was enemies who encounter each other once then spend almost the entire novel apart thinking about each other. On their very next meeting they get stuck in a cave together, realize they met ONE TIME for like 30 seconds as children and were suddenly in love. Concept was good. Execution was subpar at best. This could have been like 300 page instead of 600.
