The Charlene/Marla feud was horrible. This book had too many annoying distractions and too little character-building or plot.
Another great thriller from Kierney Scott but fair warning: this book involves the serial murder of children. It’s extremely disturbing and frankly, I don’t know if I’m going to sleep tonight.
These are great books. Rarely do cozies address race and issues of prejudice in such a meaningful and beautiful way.
