I appreciated this as an adult. It had cute moments and I liked the facts interspersed. Graham really grew tired of it halfway through. We stopped 2/3s of the way through and we'll try again tonight. Maybe he was just to sleepy for reading.

Terrific read. The sections on Chechnya and Malta in particular are excellent.

The artwork in this is absolutely stunning.

There are simply too many characters.

The backstory about the victim was more fascinating for me than the main character's journey.

It's absolutely one of the weirdest graphic novels I've ever read.

My kids *loved* this book.

TJ picked this because he liked Albert's poofy hairdo. When we read it for the first time last night, they were glued to the story. The the message was well-delivered and as a parent, I felt that it was very relatable for kids without being dense or overwhelming.

Surprisingly, (to me at least), their favorite part of the book was looking in the back at the photographs of Einstein and then comparing them to the illustrations in the book.

The illustrations in this book are charming, very Calvin and Hobbes reminiscent. We'll definitely be checking out other books in this series.

This was very well photographed and equally balanced between cacti and succulents. Enjoyed reading it and picked up some new tricks.

One of the better time travel books I've ever read!

Felt like vintage sci-fi, which I really enjoyed.

Well this one made me tear up. A really great introduction to who Jackie Robinson was. My kids love the Albert Einstein volume in this series so I wanted to try out another book by Brad Meltzer. Their favorite parts are the "conversations" between characters that mimic a comic strip and seeing what the subject looked like in photographs vs the illustrations.

I love Hark, A Vagrant! so I was excited to check this out from the library for my kids. They really enjoyed the pony in the story (particularly its farting).

I do feel like the story kind of got away in the middle, but they also liked seeing all the different sweaters at the end.
