The pictures are great. The book is short and to the point. It doesn't have a lot of frills and unnecessary filler information in it to extend the length of the book. I thought that was great.

It says it is for beginners but a lot of the terms and exercises are for intermediate level. It's a good book for someone who is moderately athletic and wants to amp up their workouts.

As a personal trainer, I'd recommend this is a tool to educate yourself on the benefits of HIIT but it is not an end all be all book.

4.5/5 stars

The book is categorized as a thriller but I don't think that is the best way to describe it. It's a little bit drama, little bit thriller, little bit romance all rolled in to one. My favorite kind of book.

I love the way the author wove the characters together to create a great multifaceted story. It's a story of love and heartbreak in the characters early 20s. It's a story of growing and learning. It's a story of loss and healing.

It was such a wonderful easy read.

I'm so thankful I was able to read this one before its release date.

3.5/5

This book was an easy who-dun-it book. I was able to figure out who the killer was pretty early on in the book. I enjoyed the details the author put in describing the characters. I liked Olivia. Her husband on the other hand was less than likable.
Sometimes you just need a quick who-dun-it on a Sunday afternoon!
There is a second book in the series that I'll read as well.
