Once you've read two or three Coben books, you kinda already get into the flow of his writing. It's a comfortable, familiar pace with the plot twist. I really enjoyed it.
I find it hard to be wowed by Mariani these days.
With this one, the magic is just off. Can't put a finger on it at the moment but I'll be back.
