Omg I can’t.
Everything, including the sex, is too visceral.

Also, misogyny, self-loathing, meandering plot, SA.

The Wild robot books are the best.
This one still has the same

it

was interesting to have start out on a farm and we get to learn a little bit more about the world. I still think I like the setting of the island better… And it definitely was a lot more.

lol what even. I Love the artstyle!

I think the ending was rushed.

This book is amazing! I won’t stop talking about how realistic this book even though it has zombies. As the book progresses, you see the zombies are scary… But the reality is that the racism that is still prevalent in the United States is worse.

For example, the survivalist party and the egalitarian as well as the phrenology used to excuse racism in regards to who can get the virus or not

We are rarely unanimous about anything. Some of us loved Some of us couldn't. Some of us were loved. Some of us weren't.
Some of us never understood what the fuss was about. Some of us wanted it so badly that we died trying. Some of us swear we died of heartbreak, not AIDS.

We wish we could have been there for you. We didn't have many role models of our own —we latched on to the foolish love of Oscar Wilde and the well-versed longing of Walt Whitman because nobody else was there to show us an untortured path.We were going to be your role models. We were going to give you art and music and confidence and shelter and a much better world. Those who survived lived to do this. But we haven't been there for you. We've been here. Watching as you become the role models.
