At the beginning of that book I was like "who's Griff, I don't want a new POV from a random guy"
Little did I know that the Griff POV is a gif to this world

It was amazing.
I loved every single page of that book and never wanted to stop reading.

The political intrigue is amazing, and so are the characters.

Just perfection

“To me, you'll always be that boy with haunted eyes who appeared at my front door, telling me he had nowhere else to go.”
Thank you I couldn't just go to sleep normally, I had to see this just before :)
In all seriousness tho, this is amazing, I'm loving those letters

Idk how to feel about this book, or even this series as a whole.
The plot of it could've been one 400 pages book. What made reading four times this is the characters, which are just so amazing and lovely.
I really loved them, and once I was attached (mid-way through book 1), I started loving that series so much, and sincerely enjoying reading those books.
(
Also, I feel lied to by all the Tumblr post that talk about it like Pynch is a huge romance thread in the series, NOTHING IS HAPPENING. This is basically CoA Malec leavel of relevance, which is almost none. (Honestly the Blue/Gansey romance felt a bit underwhelming as well compared to what I heard.) This series is really centered on the found family of them all rather than the sub-dyndamics of the group
)

As for The Raven King specifically, I think it's my favorite of the four, with the first one. I enjoyed the characters so much, and loved most of the storylines.
But still, wtf Noah ?! He just... disappeared and nobody talks about that ?! How did Gansey explained his disappearance to his family ?! How are Matthew and Declan after their mom's death ?! Did the Gray Man come back ?! Did Ronan graduate ?! Can Cabswater be re-dreamed ?! If so them it's not really a sacrifice of life ?! Couldn't Noah fading count as a sacrifice ?!
I wish we'd had more content between the last chapter and the epilogue.

"My person, the taller one, promised me that he would bring this message to you at your new palatial home in England. He has told me that the palatial home actually belongs to your human, but I do not believe him. That sounds like humanist anti-cat propaganda."
This is actually hilarious.

"A false mouse stuffed with drugs. The humans call it catnip. I’m sure you have enjoyed it before, since you are very old."
