I loved this book so much, it made my heart so happy. I read it in about 5 hours and almost in one sitting. One of my favorite books of all time currently.

this book pulled me out of an almost one month long reading slump, it was very engaging from the beginning which I love in a book.

my kindle loan ran out :(( was also just a hard book for me to get into, the beginning was a bit boring for me, but I bet it gets better!

Overall, I think that this book is very beautifully written. It was engaging from the start and I enjoyed reading it all the way through.

One thing that I didn't appreciate (minor spoilers)

was the sex scene between Achilles and Patroclus in the cave when they were both minors. It didn't add anything to their relationship, something that was already well developed, and felt all around unnecessary.
