Overall, good. A few word/tone choices that gave me pause---does one ever really need to use the word "niggardly"? And at times I thought some sentences made it sound like it was Eliza's fault that Hamilton flirted. Other than that, very well written.
I liked the story well enough, but I am always wary of books where it seems like people get away with their wrong actions. I mean, yes, I am sure plenty of prep school kids get away with lots of stuff because of donations, but do we really need to make that seem like a good thing? And why was public school such a horrible place and everyone goes to prep schools? I don't think I am the right audience for this book.
For kids, I think they will enjoy it. I wonder if they will realize how intimidating it is to be the only boy in an all-girl environment. I know I have witnessed that at Smith. I also think they will enjoy the pranking.

This author. This topic. My heart.
Hermione is co-captain of her cheerleading squad. She's got a boyfriend. Her best friend Polly is at her side. Life seems perfect. Then at camp, someone drugs her drink, drags her to the lake, and rapes her. She doesn't remember it at all. What happens now?
Powerful. I want to press it in the hands of people, especially after reading the results of the Stanford case last night. Consent, people.

My favorite Riordan. Between this and Magnus, I am back to anxiously awaiting his next book.
