I really enjoyed this book. I thought the romance was adorable. I also really enjoyed the way Jessie changed over the course of the book. I thought it was believable. It also reminded me of college and SSFFS. :)

It took me a little while to get into this book, but once I did I really enjoyed it. I look forward to reading his other books.

This is another book that took me a while to get into, but once I did I really enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the parallels between alien/human interactions and European settlers/ Native American interactions.

Had to return this book before I was finished with it. Not really what I was looking for.

Pura Belpre Award 2010-2011

Pretty dense, but I liked it. I will have to try some of his other books later.

I liked this book. The cover is incredibly misleading. Does it look like a WWII era book to you?

Really good for a textbook, and it made my to-read list grow EVEN LONGER.

I liked this book. I think I would have enjoyed it more, had I been more familiar with the characters used within. The characters I did know were not the main characters in the book. Oh well.

I really like the illustrations in this book. They are all photographs of quilts the author made. The work is beautiful, and I can only imagine how long the intricate stitching took. The poems about peace are pretty good as well.
