A rebellion, lies and deception around every corner with a true hate to love romance that tugs at your soul.
There was a good amount of character development, intrigue and cunning in this first installment that will leave readers eager for the next.
Fans of books such as Heart of Iron and Sky Without Stars will enjoy this.

Dark, magical and full of mystery.
This beautifully illustrated story drew me in and kept me on my toes from start to finish. Dark fantasy mixed with murder and mystery. It was so good, I can't wait to read more!

Magic, time travel and self discovery. A whimsical tale of one girls journey home.
This is a bit of a slow starter, and the latter half of the book is better than the first. I really wanted more from the main character, Dalya, from the start of the story. But stick with this, because it turns into such a beautiful, heart warming tale of both friendship and love for one's family.

Informative and beautifully illustrated, this book gives a fantastic look at the history behind witchcraft and magic across the world. Truly interesting and a great source for those who potentially want to write fiction based on the history.

Practicing patience is a life long journey and this little book is so important and helpful in encouraging patience in children from a young age. Fantastic illustrations accompany the story and add a fun element to the task of learning about how to be a more patient, helpful person.
There are also helpful notes in the back for guardians to read and implement when assisting children in learning the art of being patient.

By seeing how Stella the stinkbug is taught how to cope in different situations, young readers will be able to come up with their own coping mechanisms to deal with things that happen to them. From small inconveniences to larger more important emergencies.
Insightful and helpful, this will be a great book for guardians to help the children in their care to develop and grow, especially with children that are hypersensitive to stimuli.
