And the story continues right from the moment it ended in Halo.
I really enjoyed this book. I loved how Viper is so insecure and all his inner thoughts about his Angel, all the feelings that he gets from this new relationship that is keeping both happy on the outside but the truth is that is eating them alive on the inside because without wanting, as usual, love makes her way into their hearts and it takes some heartbreak to accept the true feelings towards each other and to voice them.
Can't wait to read the next book 💙

I needed a break from my arcs and I can't even remember where or how I stumbled upon this book. Even if the cover says Fantasy or PRN it’s not. It’s a dark contemporary NA with characters between 18 and 21 years old, heirs of the most powerful 5 families that rule the financial world and their parents are forming the most feared society as well. They can't escape their legacy no matter what they do and have to follow up with the requirements of the old board. However, it's just the first book where we’re introduced to the characters and the relationship that starts between Beck, the King and Riley, the spare- the second born that was brought back in this world ( she had no idea about it)after her brother died.
A rollercoaster of feelings and thoughts about what is happening and what will happen between Railey and the other 4 guys are still with me because in their short time together there's a great bond but the trust and betrayal are separated by a thin line.
It's one of the worst cliffhangers 🤣 The next book will be out in June which feels like next year cus I need it now.
I know I gave up a lot of spoilers and I usually don't do this but I have no idea how to write a review for this book 😁
New author to me and a great start to this series written by different authors.
I liked this story of forbidden love between two souls that went through a lot to get back together and the twist and turns that you get to read will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat.
Quick read, great writing and good characters.

Because i haven't read the first book i didn't know what to expect but OMG This book!
I loved it so much.Yes there are things that are not for everyone to read but the author just blow my mind.
The writing is great and will keep your eyes glued to your kindle to find out what turns and twists will show up with every other page turned.
A mixed up situation and so many moments of awe between Cain and King and Eden.Can't even say how i felt when reading all the sexy scenes because they are so hot and just left me mouth opened most of the time.
Read it without any expectation because this book is much more than you can expect.

This book is full of angst and feelings that left me speechless at times. I really enjoyed it, it’s very different from what I’ve read lately and was a good change.

Talk about sexy Scotsman and sexy books.
I devoured this book in 3 hours as it's an easy and sexy and great one to read. Be aware to not having your kids around as you gonna blush like crazy every 5 minutes because the author has created this story where you just can't stop turning the pages to see what will happen next and also you might need to go and find your partner after reading it or even in the middle of this book.
Great writing, interesting story especially how it begins, great characters and a love story that will show no matter where you are from and what you do, you are a human being that deserves a love story and maybe a second chance at love for some of us

A small town love story between two strangers that find comfort in each other's arms and try to forget and overcome their past.
Warren is " a kind, thoughtful man who may be into craziness i can't even wrap my head around, but who uses it to hide his own gentleness."
A feisty heroine and a sweet niece.A bearded tatted mountain man that got me hot just imagining how would he look like in real life. Mix them together and you have a great story.
Waiting impatiently for the next book in this new series.

A very fast paced story that it's very interesting by the choice of the character as he is an assassin and she is the daughter that run away from her life and went to a church to become a nun and made a vow of silence.
She supposed to be a bait and a means to an end for his revenge and they go on a rode through the country when they get so many sexy moments and learn to deal with their own demons and trust in each other.
I'm not a big fan of a big age gap, the heroine annoyed me at times but the story overall was very interesting and kept me up reading it in one sitting.
