It’s been a while since I’ve read a book by the author and this one was the perfect story at the right time as I’m a very moody reader. I loved how unusual the jobs for the characters are in here because many times we forget that love finds its place everywhere, no matter what.
Laugh out loud moments, great banter and chemistry, a romance story that is definitely a must read for a great afternoon.

You know when you scroll through new books to read and find one with lots of good ratings and think , oh this looks good, let’s try it. That’s me with this story. I read it in one sitting and now I want to read the next ones because I’m intrigued to where this will go.
I’m really not into step brother romance, whether is he real or not a step brother, but the story held enough twists and plot for me to want to read more.
Let’s see how it plays out.

Another great romance story between friends to enemies to lovers.
I didn’t agreed to any of them in many places but I loved how they thought for that love that existed for so long between them.
Very angsty but beautiful story overall.

The silent girl is an engaging triller with an interesting female character and her way of discovering who she is and what happened in her past.
As she has no memory of her name and where she comes from, when she works up in a hospital bed, she decides to call herself Sophie.
From here on , we get immersed into a story full of interesting twists and suspenseful moments, with a few intriguing characters and even a beginning of a romance story.
I enjoyed this story. It’s a fast paced one, where the author is adding lots of pieces of the puzzle throughout the story and the final chapter is a great way to end the book.

Someone wanton his way comes was a nice historical romance with interesting characters, main and side ones. I can’t say that I liked everything in here. There are so many mixed moments when I felt that things happened just to have a shocking effect and maybe to show why this unconventional relationship was meant to be.
While I’m always looking forward to read female characters that go beyond their life to prove that there’s much more to live and feel outside the society and marriage expectancy, I think some of the moments in here are contradicting themselves one way or another.
I liked the hero’s arc story the most in here. He’s not your usual rake or heartless one, he cares for his family and always looking up to be fair and express his feelings.
Overall it’s a great story that I’m sure many readers will enjoy, but unfortunately it wasn’t a hit for me.

The night she disappeared was such an intriguing read.

While I rarely enjoy stories told in multiple timelines, this one worked just perfect. As a mother myself, I always felt unsettled about my children’s whereabouts and could connect with Kim in every aspect of her search for her daughter.

It builds up slowly, and it’s so interesting to see how everyone lived what happened that night and what happened before and after those moments. So many twists and turns, so many puzzle pieces left by the author throughout the book, everything just to be tied up perfectly in the end.

Another must-read book from a long-time favourite author.

Deadly Driver is indeed a deadly read about intriguing conspiracy plots, crimes that are covered so well and so many twisted stories and villains to uncover.

The writing is flawless and I find the pacing so high, I could barely take a break from everything that was happening. Just like our male character, Bryce, a formula one driver, his and his own family and friends’ life is at stake with every turn of the page in this race to the end line for finding the brains in the intricate spy web of lies and villainy minds.

I thought in many moments that everything will end in an enormous crash along the way but I’m happy that I was wrong.

Suspenseful, pulse racing story that I highly recommend.

Funny, sweet , with lovable characters and some heartbreaking moments but a well deserved happily ever after.

Following up where the first book left, we get to know more about Mackenzie and Lauren’s romance story. There are people who will cheer them on their relationship but there are some that go against it as well.
I enjoyed this story as much as the first one. Full of many steamy scenes and a few suspenseful twists, it’s becoming a favourite contemporary romance trilogy for me .
On to the next and last book now.
