Deadly Cross is back, and he’s more deadly serious than ever.

One of my favourite crime thrillers is Alex Cross, and it's so good to be back in the world he lives with old friends and colleagues. They are all older, wiser and more active and action driven than before.

The suspense is higher now, because there are personal feelings and close friends involved. The crimes hit too close to home, and the author created yet another wonderful characteristic to this complex individual that I already love and feel like he's the perfect hero. His personal family drama is not missing, moreover it adds another layer to this thrilling story. It's not easy to give the best of you at home and at the office, but he's doing it all over and over again.

Another unmissable must read novel.

This is a powerful and heartbreaking story that speaks up about mental health issues and how we are so affected by it.

It's still a mystery how so many times we are afraid to speak up, to open up to anyone because of fear of rejection or indifference, because of what others will think of us and the judgment of our actions and thoughts.

A must read beautiful story for anyone indeed.

How come I never heard of this series until now I have no idea but it’s definitely something. A good something. Something that I really liked and need more of this story.

There are books that keep you engaged throughout the story and there are books that keep you so focused and engrossed in the action that you just forget what time is is and what happens around you. And one of that book is Kill a stranger for me.
It's a first book by the author for me but after reading this one i will go hunting everything he ever wrote because it's so addictive and gripping that i couldn't stop reading even if my kids were asking for food.
Fast paced action, told in multiple pov, a story that kept me so invested in the twisted moments and always waiting for another turn of the plot, for what will happen now, how all of this will resolve because the way i see it, it's not going to be a happy ending. But the resolution it's more than satisfying and i highly recommend this book.

That’s definitely a rollercoaster ride

Imagine having almost you want in life, a husband, a nice job and an easy life. Then one day someone, a younger man, comes along and tries to give you a few moments of attention that you crave so much because you’re getting older and feel invisible to the others.

There are so many secrets and guessing who was the blackmailer and why are they doing this.

I must admit that I didn’t sympathise with the heroine one bit, and I have no triggers regarding cheating or anything but I just found her immature for her age and I couldn’t connect at all with any of her actions.

It’s a great written story, fast-paced action with a few unpredictable twists that many readers will enjoy.

I’m embarrassed to say that this is my first novel by the author although i have actually a few of her earlier works in my kindle library but never had the time to actually sit down and start reading one of them.

I enjoyed this book much more than i thought. Give me a hounded hero and a sassy heroine any day at any time. It’s so much more than a love story, it’s heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time.

It’s fast-paced action with great flawed characters that have to grow and overcome their past and feelings and they do it in big style here, with side characters that make me want to read their own stories so much because they are really wonderful friends and comrades, constantly there for their friends and with savvy conversation at all times.

It’s a marvelous love story that many lovers of the genre will enjoy imenselly.

The wannabe socialite/film making/ easy money working from home mom plot was interesting to read.
But while it had a great insight of how a working mom with a small child and a husband has big dreams and many fails, along with reliable moments and plain laugh out loud ones, this book wasn't quite my favorite.
I couldn't feel sorry or cheer for Holly in any way and her friends definitely didn't help in trying to make her see the reality and getting her down to earth of the cloud she was living.
It's a good story and i can see why many people are enjoying it but it's not for me unfortunately.

I'm a die hard second chance romance girl and this book sounds right up my blog.
It's the first novel that i've read by the author and it was interesting to read a new contemporary romance after so many thrillers.
It's well written, fast paced with flawed characters that have to overcome their past mistakes and some other insecurities as well as accepting their life the way it is now and looking for a future together. There are many moments when i wanted to shout at them to be honest and open up and be honest about the past and what their feelings are because their insecurities and fears are reliable as well as understandable but so frustrating at times. It touches a few topics that i haven't read in many romance stories and that's a plus for me because i love how the resolution come in here.
An enjoyable contemporary romance, angsty and with a well deserved happily ever after.

This book is a rogue ride, no question asked. I haven’t read the previous book but that didn’t deter me to enjoy this full on blast fast speed story with characters that I loved to discover and all the settings where the actions are taking place.
From the first chapter, i was gripped in this novel and wanted to see what happened next and why that plane had a late departure.
All the suspenseful moments are well crafted and I must admit I was fearing for them, especially when they realised there’s someone else on their trail and that ‘ most likely related to their number one most wanted person.
I liked both Stephen and Rebecca, they're a great mix of main characters and their interactions were quite on pint at all times. It's suspenseful and gripping with many twists and turns, some predictable some not so but a must for the flow of the story.
It was like watching one of my favourite crime series on tv and i am recommending this book to all the genre lovers.

The premise of this book sounds quite interesting and appealing especially since i am a nurse and know pretty much what our heroine has to deal with in her daily job activity. It was nice to read her pov in the story and even better that it's the first book in the series so i could get into her head more and know what are the reasons her actions speak up for.
The story starts quite confusing for me and had a very hard time to get into it actually because i was confused of who is who and what their relationship is , but after the first half i started to get a hang of it and to understand a bit more where is this story going. There are many moments when the story adds moments that i thought unnecessary unfortunately and that i couldn't quite overlooked and that's why the lower stars.
It's well written and suspenseful and i'm sure many readers will enjoy it but it wasn't a favourite for me.
