How to disappear it’s my first book by the author and I enjoyed it quite a lot.
I was captivated by the story plot and all the time while reading I felt like watching one of my favourite TV’s ongoing crime investigation series.
Having to change your life forever can be scary for everyone, but our heroine was well depicted as a strong female character with feelings and a lot of courage that I admired at all times.
Throughout the book, we get small glimpses at Zara’s old and new life, at the dynamics between her and her mother, lover and friends and how much her future, her dreams and hopes have changed in a course of a very short time.
A fast-paced, easy to follow the story with many twists and turns, some predictable moments and some very unexpected scenes. This thrilling novel kept me invested from the first chapter to the last.

This was my first novel by the author and found it interesting as the description and cover caught my attention.

It started at a moderate pace and I was confused as of what I was reading but powering through; it picks up and some puzzle pieces are finding their place in the big picture.

I was interested to see what truly transpired, what precisely Fran sees in the tube scene, if it was unquestionably that or, as we know, sometimes in shock cases, our mind is playing up and will show only what we want to see, like a safety blanket.

I couldn’t get close to any character, more so I just didn’t admire Fran, not even felt sorry for her, it was just something that I couldn’t get out of her, always lonely and strange behaviour, always so... strange plus the stalking obsession is not for me at all.

As a thriller, the story is compelling and an excellent one with many twists and turns that many people will appreciate, but wistfully I wasn’t sold on it.

I'm a big fan of the author's books and this is one of those stories that made me fall in love all over again with historical romance.
It's hard to believe that in regency era , a woman was allowed to divorce but it happened and we get a happily ever after with this one.
I enjoyed their banter, their friendship and romance, the slow burn and acceptance as who they are as they both had a rough past that didn't define them.
It's a more unusual setting but if you love historical romance , give it a try and i'm sure you'll fall in love with this story as i did.

I must admit that I was confused by this book, but only because I haven’t read the other books that are tied to this story. Saying that, I think it can still be read as a standalone, even if most of the characters are making appearances elsewhere.

I found the story compelling and interesting, there are many things that for me felt very unrealistic but also made me think of how much I know about new tech and new inventions and research, obviously that not much.

Page after page, something new happened and my interest and fear of waiting for the shoe to drop was increased as well.

Twisted and gripping, this is another must read thriller.

When you see the cover and read the blurb, you think this is one of those wonderful stories that everyone hates but secretly enjoys.

I really loved this novel way more than I thought, It’s not about the conflicts of a young woman that is approaching her thirties and has no idea what life will bring on her doorstep next, it’s so much more and so many other characters’ lives covered.

I like Hailey and her quirky mind; she is the perfect heroine that we all love, with feelings and vulnerabilities, with aspirations and dreams for her destiny and doesn’t take everything for granted. She is devoted and fatefull, she is that friend that you can call or text at any time of the day and trust her with all your secrets.

There are many characters to look up here, from her fiance, the one that I loved and hate at the same time, to her boss woman, her idol and her perfect life, but it proves that not everything you see sparkles and to get there there are many layers of the truth and many covered secrets. The other side characters are adding so much to Hailey’s character arc and I liked them all because they are so reliable in so many aspects, just like real life friends and colleagues.

Overall, it’s a very well-written story that kept me reading it in one sitting and had my heart feel full in the end, because it’s not a light read at times, but it’s a real and heartwarming story.

A well written historical romance with two main characters that for me felt a fit rare to read about in my happily ever after stories. A spinster estranged from her family and a wounded rake that hates himself and his life and his depression makes him fall into a vicious circle of life.
It's not light story as there may include triggers that many readers are avoiding , and to be honest , for me the perfect match of these two characters is not right, i couldn't feel it at all. Yes, there's a lot of steam and maybe chemistry but that's about it, not enough friendship and companion and other feelings that I'm looking foreword in a romance.

I was lucky enough to receive a sample from the publisher and now I hate that I don’t have the complete length novel because it concluded when it was becoming more interesting!

It’s a continuation of the first two volumes in the series, and the mystical scene is becoming more mysterious and whimsical. There are characters that will discover new skills and powers and the journey to what the futures reserves is as appealing as always.

If you are following me for a while, then you know how much I love the author’s books and this story was just perfect for my romance craving.
We all know how nowadays social media and influencers work and this story was a bit of a backstage tale where two enemies become fake lovers.
While trying to keep up with it, the truth always comes out and of course that feelings are involved, feelings that overrun any dream or purpose for the future.
It was funny at times but also sweet and heartbreaking as we are already used to read from the author.
If you haven’t already, grab your copy and fall in love with a great love story.

An intense story, with interesting characters and so many twists and turns that kept me on the edge throughout the book.
After a tragic loss and overcoming a hard past, Ethan is an adult now, a successful teacher on the lookout for a future and a girlfriend. But not everything goes as planned and after the breakup with Marisa, his life is turned upside down as his sister makes an appearance in his life, a murder is investigated and he’s the primary suspect.
The first part of the book was at a slower pace for my liking, even if it has many heartbreaking moments and shows how much Ethan changed and made good for himself. Now, the second part becomes more interesting and opens up a lot of secrets and hidden truths that change his life and future in moments.
It’s a story about life and overcoming tragedy as well as how many times the past never gets buried forever and it comes back to bite you when less expecting.
It was my first book by the author, but won’t be my last for sure
