Is this perfect? No. But is is cute AF? Yas Kween.

Nuanced and emotive.

This reminded me so much of A Man Named Ove - but Aussie and not as linguistically beautiful.

I was so certain while I was reading this that it was a 5 star read - until the last 50 pages :(
I love a multigenerational drama with mystery, intrigue and scandal and this ticked so.many.damn.boxes.
Then the ending felt forced, rushed and overexplained. Wrapped up in to tidy of a package.
