As I said, still fun but now we are adding some drama
It was a very nice and solid romance. I absolutely adored Olive's road of self discovery, but the epilogue kinda ruined it. It was four stars most of the way through though, which is why I'm going to keep it at 4 stars instead of 3.
I feel like this is not what anyone was expecting. However, I feel like this was a strong comeback. The story didn't really lack anything, except a satisfying ending. I feel like it was too open ended, but at least it's not a cliffhanger
This was marginally better than the previous book, but it still doesn't beat the first one. But I guess that part of the reason why I was so disappointed with the second book was because I had let my reading slow so much that the sight of the book annoyed me.
I mostly like this book better because I think I saw a start of a new romance, however that wasn't really developed so maybe I was mistaken. Or maybe it will be worked on in the next book. We'll see.
This book was much slower than the first two books -- or at least the second one. The main action only started really happening towards the last hundred pages. The first three hundred were unmemorable.
All I'm saying is that it feels like Kendare Blake had written one book but someone had forced her to split it into two.

This just took ages to read for some reason. Mostly because my teachers are really piling on the home work.
All I have to say is that the minor characters were so underdeveloped that I didn't feel ANYTHING when one of the more important ones died. I still don't know what Jules's personality is.
