4.5 stars. Well. It was nice to finally get some back story on Ymir and get a glimpse of Eren's plan(s). Each chapter is a new surprise lately. I am not complaining.

This was the best one. I'm glad I finished the series. I do wish he had stayed dead and that some things were more focused on so we could really feel them though. However, my favorite couple came out in the end. Actually more than one. I also came to actually appreciate and like Alina. Too bad it took 3 books to do it.

I loved this!

There was nothing about this I did not like. Some tweets resonated more than others but that's to be expected. The art style was perfect for this as well. I don't know if Lin-Manuel Miranda still does this but I'd buy this for the occasional needed pick me up.

This was nice. Up until the last couple of pages I was ready to say just that and did not plan to continue the series but with that cliffhanger I do want to know what happens next. Especially with the Author's note. The art style is not really my thing. And the story is sweet but kind of bland and missing some depth for me. So its down to personal taste. Overall, this feels incomplete to me. Like its missing some flavor that would get me to love it. I do like it though. It's, as I said, nice.

4.5 stars. Holy shit, wtf did I just read? I was expecting none of this. None. Once again, a perfect fall read that I did not pick for that reason. I wasn't expecting the outbreak and the AI situation. So perfect for spooky October. I love Kady and Aidan. And to be honest I'm glad I didn't wind up listening to the audiobook since that might have been too much for me. I am all in to continue this sci-fi, space opera, horror trilogy. Though a couple of things were stretching the bands of believability and the very end was typical ya non commitment in my opinion. But that didn't take away much. Thoroughly enjoyed this breathtaking ride. First time reading anything from either author and I am not disappointed. This one lived up to the hype.

Somewhat sad ending. This one leaned in a slightly more paranormal romance bend. I wasn't expecting what happened with Ben and Cormac.
