My feelings in this are that it was good and maybe fun but I wasn't in the right mood for it. I'll give the next one a try under better circumstances.

Didn't love it quite as much as wolfsong but I did love it. If that makes any sense. Two older guys as well was refreshing. Even though it's a second chance romance and they're dragging all their baggage from their younger days. 

And the icing on the cake has to be Chris, Tanner and Rico. They are hilarious. Carter and Kelly joining in on that made it even better.

Gotta fix this later. I started it in Saturday. Anyway, I enjoyed this. I only stalled at about the 75% mark because it felt like everything was wrapped up and I was just gonna get a last minute angsty breakup to makeup. Which is what happened. Before that they were together, having great sex and admitting feelings. All issues had been wrapped up and potential conflicts from the beginning of the book were dealt with. So it felt like the book was done and I found it hard to go back to it to finish. But I did. I did enjoy the moment during the last minute misunderstanding between Gabriel and the guys though. And I guess the ending location brought things full circle. But it wasn't necessary.

Beyond the ending, I liked their relationship. However, I did not read Idol so Gabriel's personality as far others were concerned. How he was perceived was not as convincing to me. He's supposed to be cold and unfeeling but as this is his romance we don't see that. I'll read Idol next. This was a book club pick and I didn't have time to read the first one before this one. But it turned out okay. I still got the point of his personality. The grumpy-sunshine trope came across clear enough. I like that we got his perspective as well as Sophie's. I really liked Sophie. And was not expecting the first conflict. That was a nice surprise. Overall I enjoyed this enough to want more. 

There was nothing about this I did not like.
