I should just give it a five stars. I was hooked instantly. Trying to read in one sitting as if this was an actual TV police procedural episode. I'm hooked. New series. I love that I get exposed to cultures I don't usually see in these roles. This is a slow burn but the partial pay off at the end is worth it. It's been awhile since I've enjoyed a new romantic suspense series so I am settling in with this one. 

I was confused for most of this. This is a drop you in and you figure it out as you go type of story. But then it's also about characters going in and put of alternate realities? I'm not sure exactly because everyone speaks like we the reader already knows. I did like the characters and the art style though.

Well this took a turn. 

Sobbed like a baby as usual. This wraps up everything nicely. But we all know there's a trilogy called Fitz and the Fool coming so waiting for that. Oh man, nothing in this went like I thought it would. Nothing, lol. That's not a bad thing though. The last 400 pages or so were just constant tears. Happy tears and sad tears. The dragons were hilarious. Fitz got more kids than he knows what to do with. Riddle is a great addition. Fitz got his deserves happy for now. The younger generation coming in and basically setting this men to rights. Also the women too because they a mess without the women and kids. Trauma everywhere.
