lesbian erotic body creature horror written by a woman for women. pretty gorey, pretty deadly (hehe), pretty cool! interesting to see where this goes

great read, exciting, funny, supsensufl and at times heartwarming. I liked the style of the narration of the ending in particular.

I know for sure that I will reread the trilogy soon.

interessante Sammlung an Essays zu unterschiedlichen Feminismen, v.a. technologisch fokussierten Feminismus (Cyber-, Xeno-)

Read it in one go and will definitely read it again. Such loveley and relatable characters, funny and exciting. Definitely has a Avatar: The Last Airbender vibe. Can't wait to read Vol 2!

Ellis takes his time to build the world and the characters but not that much happens in this first volumes. Of course, it doesn't have to, but this mixture of British folklore and technology/Artificial Intelligence wasn't just as intriguing as I thought. Let's see what Vol 2 brings, but definitely not on my A-List.

Thrilling science fiction novella. I read it in one go. It was like a very good 2 hour SF film. Now I definitely want to read more by Okorafor and maybe the story of Binti continues?
