I'm not able to rate it at the moment, might do it later. Reading through this is a hard earned experience. It's poetic, it's gripping, it's brutal and disgusting, it's often depressing - it's life so much that you keep forgetting that it's a novel not a memoir. So it's genuinely great in that regard but I also didnt enjoy most of it and really had to push myself to finish it.

Still great, still love the sense of wonder and travel and fun. Only thing I didnt like was the butchering of the duck. 

This was better than expected and I actually am interested in the upcoming story. 

I like that this is taking its time.

Stunning visuals and a story that might be prophetic

This feels like coming straight from the 1990s when everything was grim and dark and brutal. The story is a mix of Alien, Matrix and Days of Future Past. Plenty of action, not much else. Art style reminded me of Gaiman's Sandman. 

I still think it's not Slice of Life but Romance but it's cute and I really like how the group had a great time together.
I also thought this would be the final volume since the end of their journey is pointed out so strongly and that would have been alright. Dont know if I need all the coming drama...
