A sweet ending to a solid series. 

Very satisfying how they deal with snobbish mages 

Time pirates in Western town. That was fun and a nice little break from the emotional weight for a little bit.

I love all the pop culture analogies and references. 

I liked the part when Carol Danvers and Jean Grey talked about their cosmic transformation and how that feels. It's a nice and earnest moment.

The second part of the story felt a bit too... fast for me. And reminded me of the Star Wars prequels' Palpatine trick. 

Unsettling like only Lemire can do it 

This was just such a fun and great read. Visually, tonally and in every other regard it reminded me of the cartoon network shows from the late 1990s to early 2000s like Dexter's lab, Cow & Chicken and Johnny Bravo but of course with an updated mindset. 
Loved it, will probably re-read it a thousand times.
