I'm a hard sell on a single mom romance but color me fucking wrong. This was SO good. Frustrating at times sure but oh boy was it fun. 

I'm about to look up fan art so aggressively. I loved this series so much!!!!! Incredible setting, incredible world building, cool as hell characters, and an ancient magic system. 

Much like all middle books in a fantasy series it's a lot of travel but it's not the books fault it's the nature of a fantasy trilogy. Anyway still obsessed with the characters. And OMG the fashion descriptions! I'm gonna look up so much fan art when I finish the 3rd book.

Shout out to girls with social anxiety who are still professionally successful. We out here. Also shout out to every line of dialogue from Will...hot. Definitely feel like clare gilmore hit her stride with this one.

Hell yeah brother. I'm so truly amped to be diving into a series late, LOVING the world building, and being able to plow right into the next book. 

I genuinely think one of my favorite sub genres is just white people with too much hubris getting torn up. So I loved this. Haha 

Excellent. This was one I kept having to read during daylight not alone because the beginning creeped me out so much. And like all the best horror novels, some great reflections on life. 

Honestly love a good anthology and this one is pretty top tier. Tons of unique takes/perspectives on vampirism. Despite other reviews I've read that say the stories are all kind of pointless and not long enough (honestly don't read anthologies then) I thought it's a solid and pretty diverse bunch of short stories. 

Hell is being an attractive young woman honestly.
