I can't imagine this was the intention but this book really supported my choice to never have children.
My least favorite of the collection so far but I can't tell you why, it just is.
Honestly some of the best dialogue writing around. Simply loved every second of it.
I mean lol it is a John Waters romance. And there was romance and it did make me feel bad at times so....success???

Very cute! You've got mail vibes but the ending we all actually wanted. I can't get too frustrated with the unreasonably stubborn Ellie because she is me and I am her. Sweet MMC who falls first. Not the deepest romance you've ever read but sweet enough for a lovely romantic comedy escape.
I just don't know about this one...I'll probably see the series through but the character choices in this one gave me both fury and the big ick
Back after a re-read pre onyx storm and actually I had a pretty good time the second time around. Enough to bump this up to a 3.5. Maybe I just made peace with its sins this time around. Maybe I gaslit myself into having a good time. Hard to say.
