funny informative fast-paced

I finished this book over the course of two days, but what's nice is that I could have finished in a day, or in 101 days.

This book doesn't get very far into the "why" of avoiding plastic, though it does provide a brief intro and drops some stats throughout. It definitely assumes you are ready and willing to lower your plastic consumption before you pick it up.

Most suggestions fit on a page, a paragraph or two at most. Websites or companies are occasionally suggested, though it seems the companies are mostly U.S.-based. While I've heard most of these tips before, I liked the format a lot. I'll keep it around because I can just pick it up, find a tip at random, and work on implementing it.

I'd recommend this if you'd like a quick, easy-to-follow book that will provide quick inspiration for ditching plastic.

(Also, a note overall. It can be much easier for people with money to ditch plastic than those without. A lot of plastic substitutes - though not all - are more expensive, or perhaps require traveling to get. I don't see this as a flaw of the book, but rather a flaw of our current world. 😕 It's something to keep in mind though!)
