I don't know if it's because of the manga style or what but the manga's are my favorite books in the Vampire Kisses series. It's something about the comedy style or even the antagonists that I just love! Alexander and Raven's relationship is so adorable and I think it's helped a lot by being able to see the looks of adoration they give each other through out the story.

A lot of the plot for this miniseries comes in the second and third books and that's fine with me. I like the plot and the new characters, even if they aren't from the book series. The art is beautiful and its a nice, fun, light read.

I quite enjoyed this book. I've heard from a lot of people it's not Bardugo's best work, which I can see where they are coming from as it is her first (I believe), but even so I liked it. It's a different take on fantasy as it's from Russian tales as apposed to German/European and it's an interesting story!

Lovely finale to the three part series. A nice light read and beautiful art.
