I loved it!

With the first book I taped my toes in the waters of TOG and with this book, I am diving, only coming up to catch some air...

I love the connection between Celaena and Chaol and the complexity of it, how things can be broken but still close to the heart.
Dorian's character got such a new dimension...and Nehemia, that I did not see coming...
Every page just builds new tension and opens new questions

I have a lot of theories for the next book, we`ll see if I got it right :)

Yes! I needed Cardan`s stories. This is a nice gentle push to reread the series since it will be a whole new perspective. Nice one Holly :)
This book just confirms my wish that the previous books were written from a dual POV. I feel like we didn`t get to know Cardan.
Anyways this is a must-read for everyone who has read the series.

First, I have to say that Wicked King has one of the most beautiful cover designs I`ve seen so far.

As for the book itself... I was a bit neutral with the previous book, nor here nor there. I kinda didn`t like Cardan and even at the end, I think that Jude hasn`t received an explanation worthy of forgiving...I only read Wicked King for all the positive comments that said ``keep reading, it gets better``

And it did get better. The plot was better, especially for the second part of the book, the high school drama was over and now we are in real trouble... We did see the character development of Jude and Cardan (I wish there were a bit more of Cardan in the first half, I feel as if we didn`t really get to see what is it that Jude was attracted to. Not quite as I expected but I enjoed reading it and I will dive into the third book with the hope that I will get my answers :).
