It's safe to say that Thea is obsessed with dinosaurs - she's finally going on a dig but first she has to survive a week of her sister's wedding activities, which is also being live streamed.
Kade is at his brother's week of wedding activities because they only have each other and he wants to be there for him - even if it means dealing with the whole week being live streamed.
But after a huge fight between Thea and her sister, Jackie, Thea decides that she is going angry bang the one groomsman that her sister hates - Kade.
Angry Bang was (obviously) open door and spicy but it was such a fun book. It was funny with lots of witty banter between the two but it was also emotional because the characters felt very relatable with their struggles and trauma.
Thea is constantly reminding herself of the four F's - fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. Unfortunately, she's constantly been in the fawn stage and trying to stop herself from constantly responding as such. Kade grew up with an abusive father and an AWOL mother, who just so happens to have been invited to the wedding, by none other than the groom himself.
I loved that the characters worked through these struggles and you saw character development - not only within themselves but also in how they acted towards each other. It was nice to see a spicy book with a good plot, growth, and character development.
Huge thank you to NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for this ARC. The opinions are 100% my own.

I really liked Lease on Love but I absolutely adored Just my Type.
Lana and Seth are high school sweethearts who broke up not long after Lana moved to LA for college - while Seth didn’t.
But he is now in LA and they are both competing for a columnist job.
Slow burn, second chance romance, miscommunication, work rivalry… and a story that brings out ALL the feels. It was exactly what I would expect a romcom to be - make me laugh, make me love the characters & root for them, make me want to punch the boss in the face - and the ending made me so so so incredibly happy that I legit cried tears.
Also - huge plus for the positive mental representation.
Thank you for Netgalley and Putnam for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Never Met A Duke Like You is my first regency romance and while I really enjoyed this book, I’m not sure that I’m a regency romance fan.
I enjoyed the characters & their stance in doing what is right. Aspen in proving that his mother wrongfully had his father imprisoned in a mental institution, while Vesper was on a mission to help out the less fortunate.
I enjoyed the relationship of the characters and the banter was laugh out loud.
For not being a fan of regency romance, I did really enjoyed Amalie Howard’s writing. It read like she did a lot of research on that era & times, and while it took me awhile to really to get to the binge worthy spot that I didn’t want put it down, I blame being sick and not the book itself.
