I really struggled with part of this book - I love that there is LGBQT representation, especially showing that mental illnesses can be impactful. But I didn’t feel as though they really did their research in how difficult it can be for someone with a mental illness to get real help.
I hated the character Rankin and the fact that they completely bypassed any conversation about sexual assault, coercion, and rape.

Very disappointing and overall, felt they made light of a very serious & real problem in our society that deserves more than this book.
