Thank you to Goodreads, Kevin Kwan, and the publisher who provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
I have read the other 2 books in the series. I did not enjoy this book as much as the other two but it still was a worthwhile read. I think other readers who have read this series so far will also enjoy it.

Lacey is a police officer who has a crush on her partner while dating a shallow, materialistic, sexist rich guy. I was hoping this book would be more of a psychological thriller but it seemed to be more centered on the romance and sex life of the characters. I felt the writing was subpar and the characters annoying.
I really enjoyed this book. The only criticism was I felt it was long winded.
I felt this book was well written from a victim of Warren Jeffs horrifying behavior. That the book was written by his own daughter, Rachel Jeffs, is even more significant. I hope that Rachel has been able to find a life free of the Church and has happiness with her children. Rachel was very brave to bring to light the evils that occurred in her life at the hands of her father and the "cult" mindset of the Church.
Thanks to NetGalley, Abigail Tucker, and the publisher for providing me with an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
This was an excellent book for cat lovers. I really enjoyed learning about the domestication of cats to become the beloved house cat. The author’s research in this field was very interesting. I highly recommend this book.
