Thanks to NetGalley, Touchstone, and Jane Robins for providing me with a copy of White Bodies in exchange for my honest review.
I was captivated by this book from the beginning. Callie is worried about Tilda, her twin, who has entered into a relationship with Felix. In theory, Felix and Tilda seem to be a great match. However, Callie starts noticing her sister's behavior change and suspects that Felix is abusing her sister mentally and physically. In response, Callie joins an online forum for abuse victims and the people that love them. While in this forum, Callie meets some new "friends" that help her realize that something must be done to protect her sister. Then Felix turns up dead...or was he murdered?
This was a fast paced book that will leave you second guessing yourself on what is really going on between Callie and her sister Tilda.
I fully enjoyed this book and recommend it to others who love psychological thrillers.

For all of you Sherlock Holmes fans, meet Gemma Doyle, a transplant from England, who has moved to West London in Cape Cod to own and operate the Sherlock Holmes Bookshop and Emporium located at 222 Baker Street, along with her Great Uncle Arthur. Also, Gemma and Arthur are half owners of Mrs. Hudson's Tea Room along with Gemma's best friend Jayne. Gemma has very perceptive skills which almost mirror the fabled character of Sherlock Holmes.
Gemma soon becomes a suspect in the murder of a woman who mysteriously leaves a rare copy of a magazine containing the first Sherlock stories in the Bookshop. Gemma along with Jayne are investigating the murder of this woman in order to clear Gemma's name and find out this woman's connection with a famous collector of all this Sherlock.
This was great introduction to Gemma Doyle. I found her perception skills and no-nonsense demeanor to be an interesting part of this book. I look forward to reading more in this series to see what other capers Gemma and Jayne can get into in the future.
