Thank you to NetGalley, MacMillan Audio, and Alex Finlay for providing me with an ARC e-audiobook of "Parents Weekend". This is a fast paced thriller involving 5 freshman students, at a private college in California, who go missing on Parents Weekend. Told from many multiple points of view, the intrigue captures you to understand what has happened to these students and the events that lead up to their disappearance. With a lot of family secrets and drama, you will be captivated. The narrator did an excellent job in building the suspence. My favorite characters was Special Agent Sarah Keller and her husband. I hope there are more books in the future with these characters.  Overall, I liked this book but was not my favorite Alex Finlay book. I was disappointed in the ending, as I was hoping for so much more. I am glad I listened to this book but not likely one I would pick up again in the future.

Thank you to NetGalley, Hachette Audio and Nate Bargatze for providing me with an ARC of the e-audio book of "Big Dumb Eyes".

I went into this audiobook completely blind. I had never heard of Nate Bargatze nor seen any of his comedy routines but was intrigued with the title and book cover.. I enjoy listening to books that are narrated by the author. The anecdotes of Nate's life provided in the book was amusing and was glad I listened to this book. Though I did not find Nate's comedy that "funny" to me, I believe fans of Nate's will enjoy this audiobook much more than me.

This is a review of the audiobook.

Thank you to NetGalley, RB Media, and Casey Sherman for providing me with an ARC of the e-audiobook "Blood in the Water".  True crime is one of my favorite genres to read. I went into this audiobook blind as I had never heard of Nathan Carman or the crimes for which he had been accused. I enjoyed Casey Sherman's narration of this book. I found the audiobook to be very intriguing and informative about Nathan and the murder of his grandfather and the "death" of his mother whose body has never been found. Did Nathan actually commit these crimes or was the court of public opinion basing their opinions on circumstantial evidence. True crime fans will devour this book as the writing and narration are excellent.
